New York City is the land of plenty, but for 1 in 6 Americans, hunger is an everyday reality. These are often hard-working adults, children and seniors who simply cannot make ends meet and are forced to go without food for days especially sacrificing holiday's meals for their families. Brooklyn Rescue Mission provides low-income seniors and families with the fuel to survive and even thrive during the holidays based on the outstanding support of our donors and charitable food providers.
